If you're new to martial arts, then what can you expect in our classes? 

No two classes are the same, but they all start with a warm-up.

We do some exercises and maybe play some games ... when was the last time you played tag?

Once we're warm, we stretch to develop the flexibility we need to kick.

You'll be surprised how quickly you improve.

A key part of every class is practicing core techniques.

We usually do some light sparring and sparring drills.

We normally finish with patterns, series of set moves that need to be learned to progress through the grading system.

We also practice effective self defence.
